Lead Print/Graphic Designer/Creative Director. Duties include the creation of vector and bitmap artwork for silkscreen and heat transfer use on apparel using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ideation and execution of multiple lines per season, researching current apparel trends, creating and sourcing assets such as fonts, repeating patterns, and images for use in apparel graphics, managing a team of designers, overseeing and participating in group critique and conversation, color separations and preparing artwork for factory production and CADs for print, and overseeing and approving artwork created by other designers. Clients include Surf Style, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Ocean Drive, The Shore Store, etc.
